It's been... what... about 3 weeks since I last blogged. I'll tell you what had happened.
Follow up:
I have been very busy assisting the military. Before you think wrongly, no, I have not joined the military. I just assisted their IT guys in making a first-class website.
It was a long story how I ended up doing such. All I can say is, my company had trained the Regional Military Command in the Capital in the use of Joomla and SMF in "Information Warfare". We thought that's the last we've heard of the military, as the actual web development was then carried out by another company.
But apparently, the other company's creation was -- shall we say -- 'lacking' in quality, feature, and finish. So, my company was re-appointed to assist them military personnel to make a much more professional, representative website.
So, what followed was many days of not enough sleep, combined with several days of user training, collective (i.e., ours and theirs) banging of heads trying to find a nice template and extensions that will give the website all the desired features...
And finally, it was done. On June 3, 2008, the website was officially launched by the Regional Military Commander. I am very proud, even prouder to learn that within the Indonesian Army, the website was the first website to offer full interactivity to civilians.
So, go ahead and check out the Regional Command's brand-new interactive website at the following address:
