How to relax using music
I read this somewhere, I think it was an article from Reader's Digest.
Basically, the article said that, if you want to relax yourself using music, you can't just simply play a "relaxation music". Why? Because your psyche is not yet 'prepared' for such.
Instead, when you're agitated, play some rock music (or similar adrenaline-infused genre) first. Then play some other music which gradually ratchet down their adrenaline level. FINALLY, you play relaxation music.
Trust me. This method works. Happy relaxing!
